I have a keen interest in punk, do-it-yourself, British photographic networks in the 1980s, youth cultures, fanzines and other forms of self-publishing; in 2016 I established Makina Books. I worked at the University for the Arts London (UAL) Photography and the Archive Research Centre as Project Manager (2013–16) and the Guardian News and Media (GNM) Archive as Archivist (2014–15) and Exhibition and Archive Assistant (2008–14). Recent projects include Outskirts–Astigmatism–Acutance (with Flo Brooks and Richard Phoenix), Ken. To be destroyed (Schwules* Museum, Berlin, 2016), Jane Bown: A Lifetime of Looking / Cats (Faber, 2016), The EU debate: from the archive (Kings Place, 2016), Moose on the Loose Bienalle of Research (various venues, 2015), Anna Fox: The Work Stations Files (London College of Communication, 2014), Life on the Road (London College of Communication, 2014) and The Lost Art of the Picture Library (Kings Place, 2009).
